Growler shared in London - sourced from the blendery. Pours mostly clear, bright red with a few bubbles on top. Great aroma, with tangy cherries, seedy raspberry, soft funk. Light sweet flavour with cleansing acidity, juicy tart cherries, light seedy bitterness, some lemony twang, a little woody dryness. Light bodied with quite subtle carbonation. Quenching finish, with more bright cherries, background raspberry, more tart lemons and woody dryness. Supremely quenching, with true cherry character. Fantastic stuff from start to finish.
