On cask. Disappearing white bubbles snd hazy yellow color. A-basil, some sour tropical fruit. T-follows with a little lemon, wood. Gentle. As it warms the peaches come out in both aroma and taste.

On cask-disappearing white-slightly hazed pale yellow. A-sour fruit, vinuous. T-tart tangerine.

From the jug at the blendery. Pours clear yellow-gold with a scattering of bubbles on top. The nose holds vibrant citrus, tangerine, lemon and grapefruit. Light sweet flavour with restrained acidity, mellow woody dryness, some lemon rind, more grapefruit. Light bodied with faint carbonation. Quenching finish with more lemon rind, tangerine and subtle grassy bitterness. Outstanding.
