[ As Skippool Creek Crow's Nest Bitter ].Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt - toasted, sweet malt, hay, straw, light grain, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, hay, dark malt - toasted, light floral - earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
