Fat på Tre små rum. Kraftigt rostfärgad ipa. Doftar tungt dovt av hav å druvor, banan. Omedelbart krämig i munnen. Smak av persika, tydligt banan och liiite salmiak. Perfekt kolsyrad och perfekt medelbeska. Smakar mer Dubbel ipa än ipa tycker jag. Riktigt god

Draught at the brewpub on April 21, 2016.Cloudy dark brown to black color, brown head. Grainy, light roasted scent. Malty, grainy taste. Grainy aftertaste, also some cacao. Full, smooth mouthfeel, medium to medium low bitterness. Some warming alcohol.

Draught @ 3 Små Rum. Pours very hazy hazy burnt orange with a creamy goldenish offwhite head that leaves some sparse sticky trace on the glass. Smell is slightly malty, fruity, slightly grassy and tiny spicy with crackers, white bread, caramel, grapefruit juice, mango purée, papaya, freshly cut grass, pine needles, peppery green chili, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, tiny malty, heavy fruity, slightly grassy and slightly spicy. Mouthfeel is soft, creamy, round, tiny astringent, tiny spicy hot, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet, slightly bitter and fruity with mango purée, grass and hints of spicy chili. Fat på Tre Små Rum. Doftar mycket ja massor frukt . Frukt av mango men också annanas. Omedelbart krämig känsla i munnen. Väldigt fruktig och len. Medelbeska . Ja nu efter ett tag känner jag svagt av lakrits i eftersmaken. Ja nog den bästa ölen hittills tillverkad av Reza på Tre Små Rum.

Draught at the brewpub on March 26, 2016.Hazy dark brown color, dense tan head. Sweet, strawberry ice-cream scent. Sweet, fruity, fresh taste. Fruity aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel to full, low bitterness. Some cherry and light fruity aftertaste as well.

Keg @ 3 Små Rum. Pours hazy cherry juice red with a frothy and creamy pinkish blueish offwhite head that leaves lots of sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, bread, grapefruit juice, fleshy cherries, mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, tiny bitter, tiny sour, fruity and slightly grassy. Mouthfeel is tiny crisp, tiny sparkling, round, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and slightly bitter with grapefruit, cherry juice, grass and very subtle hints of butter. Strange combination that works out quite well. Cherry character is clean with no marzipan, cherry pit or chemical hints. IPA base is subtle but clearly noticeable with grapefruit and grass giving the cherries some room to shine. I like this but it’s not something I’d drink a lot of.
