Draught @ 3 Små Rum. Pours hazy tiny burnt golden with a big creamy white head that slowly dissipating while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity, grassy and buttery with buttered crackers, buttered freshly baked white bread, grapefruit juice, mango, heavy pineapple, freshly cut grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, tiny bitter, fruity, tiny grassy and slightly buttery. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly flat, round, tiny astringent, tiny watery and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and tiny bitter with buttered freshly baked white bread, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple. Freshly cut grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Another buttery offering I’m afraid but not as bad as the 3 Hops IPA #2. Feels very fresh and alive which is to be expected with the tap basically being connected to the fermentation tank. Solid offering regarding malts and hops. Loose the butter and we’re good. --- Beer merged from original tick of APA Amarillo on 22 Jul 2015 at 18:55 - Score: 6. Aroma: Citric hoppy, biscuits/bready and fruity.
Palate: Medium (+) body. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Soft carbonation. Creamy texture.
Taste: Citric hoppy, bready, quite rich malty, herbal/grassy and tropical fruity.
Overall impression: Unusual and dangerously easy drinkable beer.

Draught @ 3 Små Rum during RBScSG. Pours very hazy burnt yellow with a big frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is heavy fruity with buttered crackers, grapefruit, canned tropical fruits in sugar syrup, freshly cut grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, fruity, grassy and heavy buttery. Mouthfeel is soft, round, slightly astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with buttered crackers, grapefruit juice, canned tropical fruits, freshly cut grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Very buttery which is a pity since everything else about this is pretty much spot on!

Pours hazy burnt pale orange with a big frothy and fluffy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick soapy lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity and slightly grassy with wholegrain crackers, white bread, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, passion fruit, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, grape skins and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, slightly fruity, grassy and tiny earthy. Mouthfeel is soft, flat, slightly round, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter, slightly fruity and grassy with wholegrain crackers, white bread, grapefruit juice, mango, passion fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives and lemon zest. Solid IPA (or extra IPA). Fairly strong ABV which isn’t noticeable at all. Possibly a bit flat which isn’t surprising with the tap connected directly to the fermentation tank. Well done! --- Beer merged from original tick of Cé-å-nim 3 Hops IPA #1 on 25 Jun 2015 at 21:05 - Score: 7. Original review text: Solid!

Sampled at 3 små rum on June 12, 2015. Had it with owner Reza and (for this beer at least) brewer Ekstedt.Cloudy straw yellow color, big lasting white head. Spicy, yeasty, phenolic taste. Yeasty, phenolic aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Spicy, some banana scent.Nice, balanced, very drinkable. I personally do not agree with the brewer’s though that it would benefit from more phenolic character, I liked it this way.

Draught @ 3 Små Rum. Pours very hazy yellow with a big frothy, fluffy and creamy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky and spotty lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is floral, tiny fruity estery and slightly spicy phenolic with crackers, freshly baked white bread, baked apples, marzipan, hay, dry soil, fresh dew filled air, minerals, white pepper corns, coriander and lemon peal. Taste is slightly bitter, very tiny sour, floral, herbal, tiny fruity estery and spicy phenolic. Mouthfeel is soft, tiny flat, slightly dry, tiny astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with fresh white bread, hay, dry soil, mineral rich well water, dried yellow flowers, white pepper corns, apple skins, lemon peal and hints of iron. Marvellous balanced, refreshing and quaffable saison. Carbonation is perhaps slightly on the flat side but damn this is refreshing and just lovely. Makes a strong case for traditional non-funky saisons. --- Beer merged from original tick of Fabrikörns Säsongöl Cé-å-nim on 12 Jun 2015 at 17:14 - Score: 8. Original review text: From yesterday... Remarkable non-funky quaffable saison.
