Description
It’s been said that a vagabond is a wanderer, a nomad with no home. In our case, three American vagabonds found their way to Germany with a shared passion for one thing: beer! Having grown tired of the limited selection and homogeneous taste of domestic beer, the Vagabunds banded together to challenge preconceived notions of what beer should look and taste like. And so, Vagabund Brauerei was born.

Gezapft in der Brauerei. Bernsteinfarben, wenig Schaumstabilität. Geruch: Blumig, fruchtig (Birne?). Geschmack ähnlich, zudem Sahnebonbon, mild.

Gezapft in der Brauerei. Geruch: Hefe, Zitrus. Geschmack sehr hefig, fast wie ein klassisches Hefeweizen, Brot, leicht fruchtig.

Draught. Jet black with an off white head. Aroma of roast malt. Flavour is chewy oat, toast malt, bittersweet finish.

Draught (7.5%) @ the brewpub as "Double I.P.A." Aroma is sweet with fruit candy and tropical fruits & hops. Flavour has menthol, minerals, some fruity hopsand mild berry juice notes. Aroma was nice but flavour is a bit off.

Draught ( 5.2%) @ the brewpub. Aroma has hayish malt and some sweet fruitiness. Flavour has fruity hops, leathery tones, some mild wortyness typical to grätzers and some mild smoked wood. The smoke is weak with this one.

Hopfig würziger Antrunk, süßlich, minimale Würzigkeit. Herber werdend, rund, spritzig. Nett ohne Besonders zu sein. 10/9/9/9/9
