Mørk brun med beige skum. Lukter røstet malt, plomme og svisker. Starter med det søte; plomme, sjokolade og lønnesirup. Kommer selvfølgelig chilli etterhvert. smaken sitter i lenge.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep brown with a warm, red hue and a small, rough, beige head. Estery, phenollic nose with some dark, dried fruits and brown sugars. Rich, sweet body. Again dark, dried fruits, molasses and a licorice note. Warming alcohol finish. A little rough around the edges right now, but shows promise. 181224

Bottle 33 cl. Total gusher, more than 50% of the contents were lost upon opening. I f.... hate that. Cloudy, opaque black with a thick and frothy light brown head. Faint roast with a hint of chili in the nose. Rich, sweet roastiness with plenty of vanilla and chocolate - and then comes a solid chili bite. Warming alcohol finish. 040922
