Bottle 0.75l, three and half years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- bourbon, coffee, nutty, nougat, creamy. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, warming, bourbon, sour cherry liquor, traces of coffee, dark chocolate and buffalo. Fuller to full bodied.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, three and half years aged. Cloudy, gold to orange colored. AROMA- honey and fruity - apricot, rowanberries; flowery, soapy, wooden barrel, pleasant alcohol. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, a bit sour, slightly bitter, apricot, pear, berries, honey, barrel aged character, some alcohol. Fuller bodied.

Tap at 1. Pivni maj. Pretty thin, watery. Background malt. A bit of generically grassy and lemony hops character. Drinkable, but boring. Meh.

Tap at První Pivní Máj. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Dry aroma, floral, bit grainy. Dry taste, floral, some berries, light herbal notes, quite pleasant bar a mild socky touches, not the biggest bitterness ever. Good one!

# 4607; 4/2025. Funky, fruity aroma. Murky gold body; white head quickly disappeared. Fruity, bittersweet, strawbery, dry. Light body; high carbonation, dry finish. Very good fruity brett ale. 0,35 l from 0,7 l bottle, brewery, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Tap at the Treffpunkt fest. Clear golden body, thick white head. Pellety herbal-citric hoppy notes, okay. Herbal aroma, tea notes, maybe trace veggies, huge herbal bitterness in the finish. Not my fave, but a fun experiment.

On tap. Hazy yellow body with a white head. Aroma and taste of sugar syrup, biscuit, pine apple, grapefruit and a hell of a lot of pine. Quite bitter beer, that I can really appreciate. Very nice IPA.

Tap at PBF 2025. Murky yellow body, off-white, thick head. Dusty (in a good way) white grapes in the aroma, the NZ hops showing off more of their fruity side thankfully than the herbal. Creamy taste, citric, white grapes, some NZ herbs, somewhat sweeti, light bitterness - bit too much on the sweet side for me to be fair.
