From the tank at the brewery, huge thanks Fil! Hazy red body, pinkish head. Spicy aroma, red berries, bit chalky but quite nice. Lean, dry, juicy taste, berries all over the place, a bit too sour for my tastes, but quite nice nonetheless! I do respect how they chose not to go overly sweet even though it's a Valentine's beer, hah!

Tap at Raven, huge thanks Fil! Hazy yellow body, off-white head. Huge plum/mirabelle aroma, bit tart, yet mostly soft and sweet. Lean, dry taste, plummy, lightly lactic, lightly spicy, okay enough. Enjoyable kettle sour, no surprise for Raven!

Tap at Kulový Blesk, for the event. Murky yellow body, off-white head. Citric candy notes over some maltiness, caramelly in the aroma. Sweetish, lean taste, stone fruit and white wine, lightly candyish, going a bit herbal by the finish, mild prickle of carbonation and vague hop burn, but very tasty - repeated it a couple of times!

Tap at Meetnica. Thin body, med-light carbonation. Stable white head, but feeling of bubbles is lacking. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Malt in the background. Light medicinal chlorophenol present, which somewhat ruins things, even though there is not too much and it kinda plays off the moderate NZ character - gooseberry, winey, grassy. Overall could use more hops though, and definitely feels off as is. Not terrible, not great though.

Bottle 0.75l, almost three years aged. Cloudy, dark copper colored. AROMA- dark fruit and berries, plum, cherry, strawberry, hawthorn, caramel, brandy. FLAVOR- pleasantly sweet, bitter, warming, liquor, very fruity, strawberry, plum, cherry, tart berries. Fuller to full, syrupy body. Really good.
