From keg at HBF 2023 as DBC IPA. Poured dark brown in color. Roasty, somewhat ashy aroma, notes of roastedness and pine in flavor. Dry finish. Good.

Tap at Bombovar. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-light bitterness, med-light pleasant juicy sweetness, rather light oatiness. Hops-centered, pleasant, med-high mosaicy dank, pineapple exotic hops character. Very easy drinking, clean, tasty. Very good.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, more than two years aged. Almost clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- sourish, sour cherry, touch of chocolate and coffee, sour cherry in chocolate, pleasant alcohol. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately sour, lightly bitter, warming, sour cherry, sherry, sour cherry in chocolate. Fuller bodied. Sourish as always, but this time it's correct they say... Well, OK.
