75cl bottle at Belgian Beergeeks/Brewver summer tasting at Tim's house. Thanks Tim.
Couleur noire, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est sur les malts avec des pointes de chocolat noir/amer, grillé, pointe de café, caramel et léger biscuité en rétro-nasal. Rétro-nasal sur une petite pointe d'amertume. La barrique ressort léger en retrait.
Palais est bien malté, profond avec pas mal de chocolat, effet cookie dough, Bourbon léger apportant de belles notes de vanille - barrique. Garde une approche classique américaine - petite touche de presque apple Brandy avec un fruité pomme assez frais avec une amertume discrète arrivant en fin de bouche.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, more than half and year aged. Almost clear, red to black colored. AROMA- strong coffee, whiskey, roasted, sour cherry, earthy, maple syrup. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, slightly sour, lightly bitter, the same as aroma. Fuller to full bodied. Very good.

Bottle 0.75l. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- floral, raspberry, forest strawberry, a bit medicinal, touch of citrus and bon-pari. FLAVOR- just slightly sweet, moderately bitter, bon-pari, citrusy, very floral, medicinal, rancid butter. Medium bodied. Why?

From tap @ Ružinovský pivovar Komín. Head is medium, white, good retention. Colour is pale gold, light hazy. Aroma is orange, grapefruit, bit tropical fruits. Taste is medium malty base, orange, grapefruit, bit passion fruits, pine, nice balanced bitterness, good, enjoyed.

Bottled 750ml. -at Base Camp Prague, shared with hrabren and Marko. Orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, caramel and light herbal nose. Sweet malty, fruity, caramel and herbal with dry bitter/sweet finish.

On tap at the Chodské slavností 2022 Domažlice, shared with hrabren and Marko. Murky orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, passionfruit in the nose. Heavy passionfruit taste with notes of fruits in the finish. Not my favorite fruit.

Shared with Ogi in Prague. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Huge passion fruit nose, a bit simple though. Soft passion fruit flavour along with the malts, some sweetness. Thin, bland and light finish.
