Tap at Biacraft District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a frothy off white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is roasty malt, liqouirce, creamy lactose. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, light liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, dark bitter chocolate, light dry charcoal palate and a lingering liqouirce bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light gluey malt, light citrus, light floral woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. A little light and somewhat bland. Lacks defining flavours.

The flavour is herbal, with a crisp, light, fresh watery, mineral, watermelon palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Light and fresh but won’t be to everyone’s taste.
