Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Tom L. Clear golden, white head. Herbal spiciness, hops, some malt, diacetyl touch, sweetish, quite herbal (oregano maybe?), bitterish touch, medium-bodied. A bit weird.

Tap at Biacraft District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a frothy off white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is roasty malt, liqouirce, creamy lactose. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, light liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, dark bitter chocolate, light dry charcoal palate and a lingering liqouirce bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Biacraft District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light gluey malt, light citrus, light floral woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. A little light and somewhat bland. Lacks defining flavours.

Tap at Biacraft District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a hazy light golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, big watermelon cucumber. The flavour is herbal, with a crisp, light, fresh watery, mineral, watermelon palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Light and fresh but won’t be to everyone’s taste.

Tap at Biacraft Phú Nhuận, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a hazy orange golden colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy malt, big sticky sugary sweet honey. The flavour is strong sweet with a sweet watery honey, light dry citrus hop palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Alcoholic honey water and way too sweet for me with nothing to balance it.

Tap at Biacraft Phú Nhuận, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a hazy medium amber with a short-lived frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, boozy alcohol, light floral perfume, woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a malt, yeast, big alcoholic woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Way too alcoholic for me and this totally dominates the beer. Sometimes more is less as the saying goes.
