Tap at Biacraft District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a murky yellow straw colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet sugary apple, tropical fruits. The flavour is strong sweet with a fresh crisp sweet sugary, tropical fruit, light tart apple palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Very sweet but lots of fruit that kept the extreme sugary sweetness in the background. Not sure about the “breast milk” but as far as ciders go this was pretty good.

Tap at Biacraft District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, mineral, faint fruity notes. The flavour is cardboard yeast, pasty grainy malts with a light fruit, light watery palate. Light to medium bodied with flat carbonation. Really poor. Light watery, pasty and pretty tasteless.

Tap at Biacraft District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a hazy orange amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, big peach, stone fruits, light bitter hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a fresh, dry yeast, fruity, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Nice aroma and all was good up front but the floral hop notes in the finish were not entirely pleasant.

On tap at BiaCraft, pours a cloudy amber orange with a medium beige foamy head. Aroma is over-malted, with spicy resinous hops and sweet caramel malt. Flavour is on the dry and spicy side, with subdued spicy hops and heavy bready malt. Too much malty sweetness and not enough hops for my taste. It's okay.

On tap at BiaCraft, pours a clear golden with a medium white foamy head. Aroma brings out crisp piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is lightly piney in the hop department with considerable sweet malt on the underside. A little too malty and lacking in hops for my taste, but it's reasonably constructed. Decent.

On tap at BiaCraft, pours a hazy amber with a medium beige foamy head. Aroma brings out bready malt and a touch of hop resins. Flavour is along the same lines, with sweet caramel bready malt and just a hint of hop resins. Sweet and sticky, bordering on cloying. It's okay.

On tap at BiaCraft, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a medium white foamy head. Aroma brings out light resinous hops and some lightly sweet caramel bready malt. Flavour is fairly sweet, with resinous hops and caramel bready malt. Decently balanced, though would ideally hope for less maltiness and more dry hops and crispness. Decent.

On tap at BiaCraft, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white foamy head. Aroma brings out crisp biscuity malt, not much else. Flavour is very subdued, with light spiciness and dry biscuity malt. Clean enough, but boring. Meh.
