500ml bottle, batch 30, bought at Meny Oslo City, brought back home and shared with Skinnyviking and Finn. Fast declining head. Near-clear red-brown body colour. Mild brown malts on the nose. Moderate flavours of dark bread, star anise and notes of dried fruits to the ending. Soft carbonated. Medium to thin bodied. Anonymous (Tromø 14.01.2015).

Clear golden color with a big white head. Nice lacing down the glass. Quite nice and inviting aroma. Citric, yeast, mild fruity and mild malty. Ok body. Quite balanced sweetness vs bitterness and a fine acidity to power it up. The carbonation must be fixed. A bit to high. Made it a bit fizzy. But if you have a little patience it will be quite smooth. A nice flavor with yeast, citric, mild fruity and a malty base. Nice fresh and easy drinkable saison fit for any moment.

Medium deep beige head. Hazy deep reddish brown body. Fruity resiny orangey aroma with syrupy notes. Sweetish blackberry and spice taste with syrupy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel, faintly metallic. Dryish mealy blackberry aftertaste with minty roasty earthy cold coffee finish. Surprising flavour, and rather different from most other beers. Not bad, but lacking that extra hook. (0.5l bottle from Gulating Ølutsalg, Strømmen. Batch #30.)

On tap at Café Sara, Oslo. Hazy amber with a small and creamy off-white head. Fruity aroma with peaches, mild notes of citrus, pine and caramel with hints of herbs and coffee. Moderate to medium sweet with nice fruity flavours and a hint of coffee. Balanced bitterness in the finish and mild and short bitter aftertaste. Flott dypt brunt nøtteaktig farge på ølet, med et fint tan hode. Hodet falt dessverre litt for raskt og la seg som et tynt teppe over ølet. Karboneringen på denne flasken må kunne sies å være temmelig slapp. Derfor føltes den litt tynn ut. En anelse kaffe og en del karamell i både smak og aroma.
