Can at home thnx to a friend, darker orange beer, small head. Aroma is fruit, sweet, light tart, tropical fruits. Taste is the same, tart, fruity, sweet, tropical fruit, yellow fruits, very fruity. very nice.

19/5/2023. Can bought at Mia C’bon at Taipei 101. Enjoyed back at the Hyatt. Pours hazy orange tomato red with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, candy syrup, tomato, sweet plum, vanilla, earthy edge. Very sweet plum jam taste, slight hint of tomato purée comes through but it’s minimal as is any vinegar or salt. Medium body, quite creamy, average carbonation. Super sweet goodness, enjoyed it, but would have liked a little more tomato and tartness.

18/5/2023. Can bought at LAI HAO Taiwan Gift Shop on Taipei 101’s 89th floor observatory deck. Drank from the can. Intense fermented pineapple aroma, tinned pineapple juice, lime, corn tortilla, flour, spicy edge. Medium sweetness and light pineapple sours. Moderate body, average carbonation. Interesting but not a big fan (though my wife loved it).

18/5/2023. Can bought at LAI HAO Taiwan Gift Shop on Taipei 101’s 89th floor observatory deck. Drank from the can whilst admiring the views of super Taipei. Starts with a light sour yuzu kick but quickly becomes a lot sweeter. Aroma is yuzu, lemon drops, touch of drizzle cake, light hop and malt. Moderate body, average finish. Finishes sweet and lightly tart. Quite enjoyable, if a little more sweet than expected.

11/5/2023. Can in the restaurant at Silks Place Taroko, Taiwan. Pours hazy pale orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma and taste is distinctly Oolong tea, leafy and herbal. Moderate sweetness with light tea leaf bitterness. Moderate body, average. Quite pleasant.

115/2023. Can from Family Mart, Daren, Taiwan. Enjoyed at Silks Place Taroko. Pours cloudy dark yellow orange with a small frothy white head. Intense bitter lemon aroma, with lemon curd, and some sweeter drizzle cake notes. Quite heavy sour initially but mellows as some sweetness comes through with a bittersweet lemon finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Hides its 8.8% abv. Enjoyable if lemon sours’ your thing, and it is mine.

5/5/2024. Can from Family Mart, Daren, Taiwan. Pours hazy dark yellow with a small frothy white head. Aroma is intense lemon citrus, lemon meringue, drizzle cake. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Medium body, smooth, average carbonation. Nice sweet and drying tart finish. Rather good.
