10/5/2023. Can from a 7-Eleven around Liuhe Night Market, Kaohisung. Enjoyed at Hotel Royal Chihpen. Pours bubbly almost clear pale yellow gold with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is tinned lychee juice, lemon, passion fruit. Quite sweet, with some nice contrasting bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, fairly fizzy. Quite enjoyable if a little too sweet.

Aroma is sharp lemon, hints of honey lockets. Sweetish lemon taste, lots of citrus bitters, good tartness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Enjoyed this, just edged out the lychee one I had before. Starting to like this brewery.

8/5/2023. Can bought at a Family Mart at Sun Moon Lake. Pours clear dark golden with a small frothy just off-white head. Aroma is grainy, floral, hoppy citrus bitters, caramel, bread, yeast. Moderate sweetness and quite heavy bitterness, more so than most beers like this. Moderate body, a little watery, average carbonation. Quite nicely done.

Draft at Time Beer, Taipei. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt and Citra hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, malt, juicy lime citrus, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, light, malt, herbal, light floral, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Despite being somewhat light, this wasn’t bad as far as lagers go.
