Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin dry malts. A wheaty sweetness. Light orange and a little pith. Trace of esters. Dry crisp finish. In nice condition but not doing a huge amount for me.
