Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with an orange hue and a small, beige head. Slightly roasty nose with quite some chocolate notes. Medium body, sweet chocolate and some fermentation off-flavors. Subdued bitterness. Dunkelish. Carbonation to the low side.120824

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, deep amber with a small, off-white head. Sweet toffee aroma. Medium body, lowish carbonation, caramelly and nutty with a subdued bitterness. I'm starting to realize that most Samsø beers seemingly taste pretty similar. Not bad and infected as in the old days though. 120824

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a smallish, off-white head. Dusty, slightly spicy head - there may actually be a faint hint of hemp. Medium body, quite fizzy, sweet caramel notes and a discreet, finishing hoppiness. There's something slightly spicy in there, but not as recognizable as I've had it in other hemp beers. 120824

Bottle from some shop on Samsø. Black with a small light hrown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and licorice. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and roasted light bitter finish. Oily and soft. Much better than when I last had Samsø beers years ago. 160721

Bottle at the brewery. 5.6% abv. Hazy golden with a small white head. Bready malt aroma with a fruity touch. Dry and ever so slightly tart fruity flavour with burned plastic and medicinal notes. Clearly an infection on the way, but still reasonably drinkable.
