Bottle. Amber cloudy, offwhite head, a bit fizzy. Grainy, wheaty fruit, lightly dried out, a hint infection. Medium light body, refreshing in the summer heat nonetheless.

Cloudy yellow color with a fine head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Fine carbonation level. Easy to drink. Balanced sweetness. Wheat, fruity and some yeast. Quite mild elderflower. Ok refreshing and easy drinkable beer.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Samsø Hot-Ale ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, apple, ginger. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, pale malt, ginger, sweet malt, spicy. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20171118] 4-3-4-3-7

Bottle. Frothy whte fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Aplle present. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. one of the best Samsø so far.

Bottle, 6.3%. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spices and herbs. Flavour is malt, caramel, spices, herbs, medium sweet and toasted.

Bottle. Frothy White fair fully deminishing head. Moderate malty and hoppy grassy aroma. ight bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate. At least not infected!
