Our Irish craft beer brewery has come along way since its inception in 2013. Our handcrafted beers have gone from strength to strength, recently rebranded but with the same great taste. We believe our collaboration beer has struck something special and the feedback is awesome.

Bottle @ Torben Matthews tasting. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and licorice. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 011117

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, cocoa, coffee and hops. Sweet roasty chocolate finish.

Bottle. Pours black with medium light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, prunes, soy sauce, sweet licorice and hints of dark chocolate. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is creamy and light chalky with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly bitter.

Bottle @ Torben Matthews tasting. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, tea and heavy peach. Flavor is medium sweet, moderate bitter and slightly acidic. Sweet, moderate bitter and slightly acidic finish. 011117

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich peach juice/nectar, bitter hops, apricots and little malt. Sweet and fruity. Fruit is a bit overwhelming.

Bottle. Pours hazy honey with medium white head. Aroma is intense fruity with peach, nectarine, passion fruit, pineapple and tea. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter and medium acidic. Body is oily with light sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and mostly acidic with intense fruity notes. Very refreshing.

Thin beige head left a cover on a dark brown still body. Berry aroma. Medium bodied, minimal carbonation & carbonation. Dry. Fruity berries, pine, citrus & slightly smoked tastes

Appearance- almost black, opaque, a big thick brown head. Aroma- coffee, roasty notes, chocolate, hops, dark chocolate, hint of tobacco smoke. Taste- coffee dominates, rich chocolate cake, dark malts, chocolate fudge, toasty malt. Smooth mouthfeel, short finish.
