Description
We started brewing in 2011 and brewed very happily in our original shed in the grounds of The Beerhouse for 5 years until we outgrew the space. In 2016, we moved to a new shed with a shiny 12 barrel craft brewery.

Can: Poured a murky bright yellow with a white head. Aroma is funky, mango, soggy grain. Taste is tart mango, fruity, salty, floral, grainy, aloe.

Cask: Poured a pitch black with tan head. Aroma is roasty malts, dark fruits, biscuit. Taste is roasted malts, dark fruits, chocolate, biscuity.

Cask: Poured a coppery orange with a frothy off white head. Aroma is fruity, light hops, malts. Taste is bitter hops, fruity, bubblegum malt balance.

14/8/2021. Cask at the 24th Festival of Beer and Brewing at the Museum of East Anglian Life, Stowmarket. Pours clear dark amber brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, biscuit, fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate bidy, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Nicely done.

14/8/2021. Cask at the 24th Festival of Beer and Brewing at the Museum of East Anglian Life, Stowmarket. Pours clear straw gold with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma is zesty, citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, grass. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, oily watery texture, soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Good.

20/11/2020. Draught sample courtesy of the SHIG. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma of spicy hop, herb, yeast, citrus and grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and a light tart edge. Moderate body, a little watery, average carbonation.

20/11/2020. Cask sample courtesy of the SHIG. Pours black with a small off-white to beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate, creamy drinking chocolate, sweet fruit and nut. Medium sweetness and light roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, soft carbonation. Hint of Turkish Delight to finish. Enjoyed this. Best in the box.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 19/11/20. Mid black with a tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, hazelnut, mellow roast, brown sugars. Taste comprises chocolate cake, Nutella, brown sugar, dried fruits, cocoa powder, faint lactic tingle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Not bad.
