(Bottle 30 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with a dense and lively, white head. Sweetish and rather clean malt aroma. Quite full-bodied with a solid malt base and fresh fruity and flowery accents. Thereβs a discreet hop bite in the finish. In general very pleasant and drinkable. 051007

30 cL bottle, thanks to Grovlam. Pours amber with a lacing light brown head. Herbal and berry fruity aroma, slight alcohol note. Sweet and alcohol flavour, slight herbal too. Ends slight malty, alcohol warming. Slight acidic to citric fruityness. Wins something for every sip but is still slightly too alcoholic for my liking.

Very clean taste. Refreshing and very well balanced pilsener that is a great session beer. Not too bitter, not too sweet. Dutch pilsener doesnβt get much better than this.

Dark ruby brown with a small, but lasting off-white head. Dried fruits and port in a quite oxidized aroma. Dry and fruity flavour with some alcohol.
1993 bottle: More or less the same. Some oxidation, lots of desert wine notes, and a slightly tart fruity finish. Well done!

Odense Tasting: Dark amber with creamy brown head & good lacings. Sweet aroma of dark fruits & sugar. Reminds me of la trappe quadrupel. Roasted malts. Dark complex flavour - sweet dried fruits. Alchohol warmth. Smooth, sticky & oily. Great!

Courtesy of bierkoning. Clear golden apple juice -like color, small steady creamy white head. Fruity bubblegum aroma. Quite light - watery - palate. Flavor has apple, grassy hops, in the aftertaste some alcohol and spices. Could be more powerful, now quite bland. Someone here mentioned Leffe Blonde, actually a bit like watered version of it.

Ruby-red colour, almost no head. Lots of alcohol in the aroma, together with some fruits and caramel. Flavour is of alcohol, caramel, and dark fruits. Quite drinkable, despite the 10% ABV.
