En schnifter, color caoba oscuro, espuma de bonito color beige y conservación media. Agradable aroma a ciruelas pasas, pan de higo, bizcocho de plátano, pudding y especias. En boca es dulzona y sabrosa, llena de notas de frutas secas, reposterÃa, canela... muy equilibrada, textura ligerÃsimamente oleosa, final ligeramente amargo y especiado, alcohol muy bien integrado. En definitiva una cerveza tan "fisna" como disfrutable, muy rica.

Kruikje gekregen van Tomhendriksen. Oranje-achtig tot amberkleurig bier met matig wit schuim dat snel wegtrekt. Weinig aroma; ietsje moutig. Smaak is zoet, citrus en licht kruidig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

En copa Leffe, color amarillo azafrán, limpia y transparente, espuma blanca de media conservación. En nariz suave aroma a cereal, malta y un levÃsimo toque cÃtrico. En boca se percibe dulce y ligera de entrada, con notas de pan, cereal y malta y final ligeramente amargo, con una pequeña nota cÃtrica. No es un cervezón pero tampoco está mal, es de fácil disfrute

Fles gedeeld door Tomhendriksen, gedronken met, Benzai, Keukenman en Roelzie. Donkerbruin helder bier met medium witte schuimkraag. Aroma van port, hop en hars. De smaak is rum-achtig, harsig en fruitig. Nasmaak is zoet met een beetje pit.

Bottle at tasting. Red-brown color, white to off-white head. Can't really tell what the barrel is but it's quite nice. Have to say though that the carbonation is quite heavy. Less good than the Mezcal I'd say.

Fles gedeeld met Inoven, Keukeman, Benzai en Roelzie. Het is een helder donker roodbruin bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een aroma van gedroogd rood fruit en rum. De smaak is vol, fruitig en rum achtig met een warme afdronk.
