Pours a hazy amber-coppery, topped with a medium white head,s lowly settling. Sweet apple juice aroma with some soury cellar, vinous back, hardly noticeable. Mild bittery herbal feel with some milder, but more pronounced soury notes in the finish. Lighter body, with some apple juice feel left on the tongue. OK.

Pours a slightly hazy orange color, topped with a medium small white head. Soury nose, quite intense, white wine with some fruity notes. Tart feeling. Soury body, though not sharp with some bitterness present - doesn’t really offer much taste. Light body.
