The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth, rich, roasty, chocolate, light sugary, oaky, light dry coffee palate and a lingering liqouirce bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

500ml can courtesy of the brewer and served at the Fat Cow. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, biscuit dough, light toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate to light sweet light bitter, with a smooth, toffee caramel, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Fresh, plenty going on and very sessionable.

The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a light, crisp, yeasty, fruity, mineral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Wonderful aroma and very drinkable. Very nicely balanced. Easily the best of the first three initial Clonewater beers. Love the aroma. Less bitter than V2, but no complaints.
