Tap at the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, tropical citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, fruity, light pepper spice, light peppermint hop bitter palate. More like an ISL but brewer intent dictates that it’s a Pilsner. Very refreshing and fine for a session.

On tap at Dog Step, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy passionfruit and some muffled earthy notes. Flavour is like pure passionfruit juice, with not much else to speak of. Not overly beery, but a fun juicy fruit beer nonetheless. Nice one.

Tap at the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a milky straw colour with little life. The aroma is lychee, tropical fruit aromatic hop. The flavour is big sweet with a smooth rich, sugary fruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Super sweet. Fine to sample but I don’t think many beer drinkers will order more than one.

Tap at The Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is yeast, big juicy passion fruit. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a smooth, fresh sweet buttery yeast, fresh passion fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. I’m no fan of fruit beers but this was really quite awesome. So much juicy fruit with buttery yeast smoothness. An ideal breakfast drink. Who needs orange juice with their corn flakes anymore!
