Tap at Baan Bangkok. Poured a hazy yellow straw colour with little life. The aroma is crushed apple. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a smooth sweet apple, light tart apple palate. Medium to light bodied with soft to flat carbonation. A fine sweet cider but with lots of added sugar I feel.

Draught at Alt+Tap, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium brown with a thin broken white head. The aroma is roasty malts, light dry spicy, liqouirce. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a light, slightly watery, sweet malt, light toffee caramel, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Rather nice but a little on the sweet side to be truly authentic.

Tap at Let the Girl Kill, Bangkok. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt, light fruit, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a rich, smooth, grainy biscuit malt, fruity, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at Let the Girl Kill, Bangkok. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeasty, light floral, gluey, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a crisp, light yeasty, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. The yeast was really dominating this beer. It’s sadly not a beer I could drink twice and it became a litre sickly after a while.

Tap at the Fat Cow, Lat Phrao, Bangkok. Poured a hazy yellow straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a fresh crisp fruity lemon citrus, light banana palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. More sweet than sour I have to say, but rather refreshing.

Bottle at the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a very short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is grainy toffee malt, earthy, mineral, stone fruits, The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, fresh toffee malt, sweet fruit, apple, pear, dry light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with flat carbonation after some initial bubbles.
