The flavour is grainy malt, mineral, big dry yeasty, fruity, light pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Quite unique and a rather odd mix of flavours. Not the kind of beer i'm going to enjoy twice, but fine as a one off.
