Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, wood, bourbon - vanilla, alcohol, leather, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dry, dusty. Bottle, 7.2%. Sweet fruit aroma, semi-dried fruit, a little fart. Acetone and Nelson Sauvin hop aroma. Muddy dark orange colour. Very small frothy off-white head. Good citric flavour, soft peach, probably from the barrel. Mildly bitter. Cigarbox finish, both vanilla and tobacco.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a dense, rocky, white head leaving some lacings. Fruity and sugary nose with a touch of yeast. A peppery hint too. Sweet, fruity flavor with a pleasant bitterness. Medium to full body, nicely carbonated. Bitter and fruity finish with some peppery, yeasty notes. A rather boring one, a bit yeasty, but far from bad. 101009

Bottle. A lightly hazy beer, golden in color and with a dense, two-finger, off-white head leaving lacings on top. The aroma is peachy with plums, white sugar and a generic fruityness. Some alcohol too. It’s quite sweet in the flavor, with peaches, plums and other fruits. Some bitterness, but far from sufficient to match the sugary sweetness. Medium body, almost sticky, but with enough carbonation to clean the tongue. A beer that didn’t ring any of my bells, but it’s far from bad. 101009
