Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of apple, baked note, fruit, apple sauce. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, baked, with zingy citric acidity, some funk and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, tart acidic apple finish. Nicely drinkable.

12/12/2025. Draft at the West Indies Beer Company, Grenada. Pours clear, nice vibrant colour. Aroma is very fruity, twiggy, resin, bready, hedgerow berries. Hints of tobacco. Medium sweetness and bitterness, with bitterness developing. Quite full bodied. Very nice and easily the best on the 3 flights.
