Making craft beer is a time consuming but exciting process, which requires knowledge, passion, care and creativity. Everything is based on a constant research and selection of quality raw materials, then the brewers decide which beer will be produced in terms of style, taste, colour, abv, etc. After the recipe is designed, the brewing process can start. Malt is milled and it’s mixed with water in a process called “mash”. Next step is “lautering” and then “boiling”. Afterwards wort is cooled and moved to fermentation tanks where yeast is added. After 4-6 weeks beer is ready to be kegged or bottled. Every single process is under brewers control, supported by our chemical analysis laboratory. Currently our brewery can produce more than 4000 litres per day.

Can at home. Pours a cloudy light brown colour with a huge off-white head that fades quite fast. Aroma of lime, grass, forest floor, passionfruit and dry hay. Some vinegar. Flavour of passionfruit, grains, dry hay and limegrass. Has a slick and slightly soft mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Fruity and fresh with a sour touch.

Backlog October 2020. Dark brown, almost black body under a god looking, lacing tan head. Aroma has dark malt, licorice, hint of chocolate and some warming alcohol. Taste is sweet with smooth roasted malt, chocolate, licorice and warming alcohol. Medium body and same aftertaste. Nice and tasty.

From tap at Hop in Milan 26.07.21. Milky pale peach colour. Diminishing white head. Impressive aroma and taste of lychee, passion fruit and grapefruit. Very full mouthfeel for such a low ABV. Good quaffability.
