ABV: 6.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with may large to huge body particles, virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry apples, oak, sour - tart apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration dry, apples, dry apples, oak, sour apples. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20190914]

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A almost clear pale golden cider. Mild fruity apples, sweet apples, some tart apples. Taste of mild tart and dry apples, not too sweet, easy to drink.

Many thanks to fombe89 for this 70cl bottle! Sour tart nose. The Sidra starts fresh and round. Smooth sourness, deep and round with appley skin. A bit mouldy though, fruity ripe sour apples, sulphur and fruit. Interesting aroma, more on the earthy, mouldy side. Long tart mouldy fruity aftertaste with nice balanced tannins.
