@Lentebierfestival 2014 Leeuwarden, licht amber met minimale witte kraag aroma van caramel, rozijnen, zoet smaken zijn erg zoetig van caramel met een licht bittertje. over het algemeen is het erg vlak, waarbij de caramelzoetigheid overheerst.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkelbraunes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Malz, Karamell, rote Früchte. Geschmack süß röstmalzig, rote Früchte, leicht würzig.

Slightly hazy golden with big white head. Complex fruity, light peach, orange, grapefruit, grapes. Light sweet malts, slightly biter hoppy finish. Medium bodied, nice full carbonation. Nice.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra Tiel. Hazy orange golden with a white head. Fruity malty aroma and taste. Nice spicy aftertaste. Pretty lively carbonation. Good tripel.

33cl Bottle from Speciaalbierwinkel Bodegraven. Brown colour, beige head. Aroma of sweet malts, dark fruits, raisins, dates, spice, cocoa. Flavour is very sweet, sugar, malts, cocoa, dark fruits, raisins and prunes, light-bitter finish, hint of fruity tartness. Medium-bodied. Too sweet for my taste.

Bottled (From biernavigator). Orangeish golden colour, mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is wheat, caramel, some slight alcohol as well as some fruity and mild spicy notes. Flavour is rather similar, and actually quite well bodied as for the mouthfeel. One of the better Tripels in a while.
