Description
Independent brewery 1856-1987. Then owned by Nora/Ringnes/Orkla. Owned by Carlsberg from 2004. The new craft brewery "E.C.Dahls Bryggeri" opened August 4th 2016. In 2019, The Carlsberg Group has signed an agreement to sell the property of its brewery site in Trondheim, Norway. Not included in the deal is the brewery E.C. Dahls which remains part of the Carlsberg Group, formally owned by Feldschlösschen which in turn is owned by Carlsberg.

Olmost black with a brown head -Dark malt and some spicy aroma - Dark malt body with chocoalte flavours and some spicy flavours as well - The dakr malt and spicy flaovurs goes into the finish - This was good

Draught at Bryggerifestivalen. Unclear golden body, tiny white head, upper part lacing on the glass. Pineapple on the nose, promising. Quite solid hop fruity flavours of apricot, earth, and pineapple followed by moments of resinous bitterness to the finish. Well bodied. Likeable (Trondheim, 07.08.2026).
