On tap at Deck beer garden, Estoril, Portugal. A hazy orange coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, dank aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, dank. a little pine. Quite a drinkable IPA.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 12A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L05-2014. AROMA: mild roasted notes with a sweet chocolat component. some grainy and bready notes perceptible. APPEARANCE: light brown color and very hazy. thin light brown head with low retention. TASTE: slight roasted flavour with very faint chocolate notes and some diacetyl. odd overall flavour with low bitterness and a semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a brown porter that needs improvement on the aromas and, principally, on the flavours.
