Served on draft at the taproom. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized fizzy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of intense citrus notes, buttery malts and something that reminds me of the yogurt I had the other day. The taste is similar with that same yogurt thing going on and some grainy malts. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Served on draft at the taphouse. Pours a clear copper color with a creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of earthy notes, toffee malts and a fruity finish. The taste is toffee, earthy notes, berries and something a little bit off. I suspect it might be the taplines more than the beer itself. Medium bodied, average carbonation, pretty solid other than that off-flavor, which is sad, because that was all keeping me from REALLY liking this beer.

Served on draft at the restaurant. Pours a clear golden color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of candi sugar, pale malts, tannins, something chemical and some booze. The taste is banana, citrus, bread, spice, tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, wine-like and a little all over the place, but still good.

The taste is rich chocolate and cocoa, bitter hops, oats, nuts, faint honey notes. Lingering bitterness, well balanced, average carbonation. Very nice beer.

Draft. Decent citrus aroma. Taste is extremely bitter throughout, a bit too over the top for me.

Draft. Bright orange amber color, large tan head. Fascinating aroma of caramel covered popcorn, totally unique. Taste is sweet and malty with a burnt edge. Nice.

Draft. This one has an aroma and a flavor of slightly sour bubblegum. Not a bad beer at all, but it’s off style.

2011 Brewgrass Mostly clear medium gold color with a sticky, lasting head. Subtler floral hop aroma with some citrus notes as well. Smooth and well balanced. Sweet start with a bitter finish.
