KeyKeg from Force Brewery Tap Friday 29th July 2016, Aroma is a bit fruit, a little bit of bile (I get that sicky smell with some beers, but it’s not a bad thing or off-putting) In the mouth this is fruity and a little indistinct with a buzzy and brusque bitterness, it’s not bad at all, it just lacks a little clarity. Hazy gold in colour with a slim white head. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

KeyKeg from Force Brewery Tap Friday 29th July 2016, This is 5% apparently, mmhhh....now that surprises me, its really doesn’t taste that strong. Very pale gold in colour, pretty good clarity with a slim white head. A touch lemony in the mouth, not as confused or bitter in the same way as the other two beers (Loz doesn’t like it at all) I haven’t a clue what style it’s aiming for here? There is not a lot going on, no maltiness, it’s quite thin, the weakest of the bunch. A6 A4 T4 P2 Ov10 2.6

KeyKeg from Force Brewery Tap Friday 29th July 2016, Hazy gold really hazy with a white head. Another ok beer but I’m left feeling it’s got a little muddy and muddled character, got to be some English twiggy hops in here. The fruit shows, the hops are ramped up and yet they taste like the type of hops you shouldn’t over do, got to be English hops Goldings, Challenger, Fuggles something like that which should have been used sparingly in my opinion, they leave a little minty raspy numbness on the tongue. In fact the hops feel a bit rough, plenty in here but not sure what they are about or what they’re doing. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

KeyKeg from Force Brewery Tap Friday 29th July 2016, Malty (roasty malty) with a bit of coffee and caramel a dark brown beer with a beige head atop. Tarty and tangy (tongue curlingly so in fact) some sweet caramel a bit of coffee drifts about. It’s ok, it wasn’t on cask, however I suspect it would have tasted better via that dispense method. Cask on gravity at Swindon Beer Festival, 22/10/2015. Deep amber, with a slight, off-white, head. A malty beer, with plenty of caramel and a suggestion of butter, a touch of floral hop and short, bitter, finish. Something wasn’t right with this beer.
