Draft - Nice coffee with a touch of citrus peaking out. Clear gold with a small white head. Bitter, perfumy citrus and coffee. Odd, but well balanced for what it is

Can at Bräu Beviale. Hazy golden, offwhite cream. Floral citrus aroma, some tropical fruits. Medium light dry on the palate, light hay, grass, light tropical finish.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. A glowing, cherry red pour, plenty of haze and lasting foam head. I'll never tire from trying new raspberry brews. I feel like you can add them to any style, and create something great. A nice, fruity, berry constant, but this doesn't abandon the IPA style by any means. A citrus like hop bitterness that really pairs well with the barely sweet raspberry addition. Jam like aroma. This drinks especially smooth, and delicious. I love this brew. Really hope this isn't a one time deal.

On tap at Wander, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out balsamic vinegar and tart dark fruits. Flavour is very tart and acetic, with balsamic vinegar, tart red fruits, and varnish. Too perfumery and acetic. Not authentic and just not exactly dialed in right. It's okay, but difficult to drink.

On tap at Wander, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out balsamic vinegar, wood and a touch of cocoa nibs. Flavour is along the same lines, with balsamic notes, wood, and light cocoa nibs. Tastes more like an acetic oud bruin that a typical dark Belgian strong, but it's pretty interesting, albeit a bit harsh. Solid.

On tap at Wander, pours a cloudy bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of fresh raspberries, complementing the citrus hops. Flavour is fairly well-integrated, with bright, tart, pithy raspberries, astringently bitter citrusy hops, and a crisp biscuity malt. Raspberries are used well, but it's still not the most natural of harmonies here. Works pretty well, but there are some clashing notes.

On tap at Wander, pours a hazy darkish golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out loads of fresh roasted coffee upfront, with piney and resinous hops underneath. Flavour is along the same lines, bringing out a nice roasted coffee character that blends with bitter piney hops pretty well. One of those coffee IPAs that manages not to taste jumbled and unintegrated. Pretty solid.

On tap at Wander, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, a bunch of butter (fuck off), and biscuity malt. Flavour is on the sweeter side, with piney hops, resinous notes, toasted caramel and traces of butter. Unfortunately, the diacetyl kills this a fair bit for me, despite it not being a terrible case of it. Needs refinement—I can see a good beer underneath.
