12 oz can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma reveals big vanilla beans upfront, with soft bourbon, and a touch of roasted malt underneath. Flavour reveals a rich vanilla bean depth, accentuated beautifully by the bourbon barrels, with a moderate roasted malt base. Man, the vanilla beans are quite something in here, and the bourbon rounds everything out. One of Wander's best.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Jet black pour. Frothy tan head. Roasted malt aroma hints. Flavor is predominantly dark roasted malt. Notes of coffee, dark chocolate and a bit of chicory. Quite rich and complex. There is a hint of dark dried fruit in middle. The finish is quite dry. Overall, a decent stout that deserves a better rating than 3.58.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Bright, moderate to heavy golden haze, lots of lasting foam head. Juicy IPA, slick melon and citrus hop character, cool and creamy finish. Resinous, amd mildly hot hop dust linger. Really refreshing throughout. Totally forgot this one was at imperial level. Very tasty.

On tap at Wander, pours black with a small tan head. Nose has tons of buttery American oak, medium roast, and a touch of vanillin. Flavour is much the same, showcasing the barrel very nicely — lots of buttery American oak, wood, light vanillin, and medium roast. Expertly constructed — the barrels clearly define this. Excellent.

On tap at Wander, pours an opaque murky yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a bunch of chalk, grapefruit, and gentle dankness. Flavour is citric, with plenty of bitter grapefruit, citrus hops, and lots of hopburn. A little harsh and prettt clumsy, but not egregious. Meh.

Draft pour at Wander, Bellingham. Rating from backlog. Pale golden in appearance. Inviting aroma with a cool fruit, brett funk, and plenty of oak. A bit dry on taste, really nice spicy notes, finishes flavorful and smooth with the brett and oak combination. Gentle orange peel. Just an overall really fun and unique brew from a collab I should have seen coming, but didnt. Really enjoyed this one.

Draft pour at Wander, Bellingham. Rating from backlog. Always a fan of this series, was definitely intrigued by this version. Clean and bright cherry red appearance. Thin to no head that lasts. Quite an intense pucker. Very tart from start to finish. Juicy, jammy sour blackberries and currants. Biting sour juice finish. If you like your sours to smack you in the mouth a little, this one is a good start.
