On tap at Wander, pours a clear dark amber red with a small beige head. Aroma has big resinous hops, chewy caramel malt, and dry bready malt. Flavour is robust, with big bitter resinous hops, mostly attenuated out caramel malt, and bready malt. Well-hopped, well-balanced. What is this… 2012? I’m here for it. Great stuff.

On tap at Wander. Pours clear amber with an off-white head. Bread crusts and dry grass on the nose. Flavour has a dry bready malt expression, kind of like toasted white bread. Some bittering hops, a bit grassy, but not very prominent. Not bad, but I kind of wanted more malts and hops.

On tap at Wander. Pours clear gold with a very small white head. Fruity peaches and lacto on the nose. Flavour has fruity, but not excessively sweet peach character, pleasant lacto sourness, and a nice, soft oak character. Solid Berliner.

On tap at Wander. Pours black with a tan head. Vanilla, dark sugars, and bourbon barrels on the nose. Flavour has a pretty intense vanilla bean character, nice boozy barrel character, plenty of dark sugars with a touch of charring. Fantastic.
