On tap at Wander, pours a clear bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fairly non-distinct in hop profile, with citrusy and resinous hops, and bready caramel malt to back. Flavour has oily, resinous hops, some pine, light floral notes, and a big bready, lightly caramely finish. Not the most exciting or assertive hop character, but this is cleanly expressed, well-balanced, and very drinkable. Very good.

On tap at Wander, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of overripe stone fruits, piney hops, and plenty of dankness. Flavour is wonderfully expressive of the hop combo, with bright pine, dankness, juicy overripe stone fruits, and just enough biscuity malt. Juicy, bitter, dank, fruity. Great design here.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has subtle marshmallow-y coffee, light earthiness, and light toasted malt. Flavour is fairly watery and light, with boozy bourbon barrels, earthy coffee, clight toasted malt. Not much malt depth, fairly boozy bourbon barrels, balanced reasonably. Good, but not the most complex BA impie.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Muted coffee with a very feint hint of green pepper, thin-medium body, slightly above average.

500mL bottle. Pours nearly black with a small beige head. Coffee, dark sugars, and bourbon on the nose. Flavour has some burnt sugars, dark bread, coffee, bourbon barrels. A bit boozy on the finish. Not the deepest character, but decent.

Purplish. Thin head. Tart, lots of berries, a little vinous and light brett. This has a really nice blueberry character. Light brett. Big fat blueberry, with rounded vinous notes. It's quite sweet, but I wouldn't call it jammy. I like it.

2023 vintage. 16.9 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out complex, semi-tart blueberry, and some wild yeast. Flavour is surprisingly and oddly sweet, with some gentle wild yeast, tons of sugars, blueberry syrup, and some acidity. A farmhouse beer? Hmm, seems more like a sweet fruit beer than anything with wild yeast or farmhouse character. Quite good but very different than expected given the style and description.

500mL bottle. Pours a murky mahagony with a small white head. Plenty of jammy blueberries and a somewhat earthy farmhouse character on the nose. Flavour is pretty jammy, lots of blueberries, some Chardonnay. Quite sweet though, almost like blueberry pie. Not really any complexity from the yeast coming through. Not bad, but not that complex.

On tap at Wander, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma has some dull exhaust character, bready malt, almost no hops. Flavour is no better, with a sort of fusel alcohol issue… dull malts, little hops. Something didn’t go right here. Not good.

On tap at Wander, pours a clear red with a tiny bead. Aroma has tart raspberries, bubblegum, light esters, and a touch of hay. Flavour has lightly tart raspberries, but then estery bubblegum notes that pretty much ruin this. Too estery; the yeast isn’t utilized properly. Lame typical American saison.
