Aromas are a fresh, common and somewhat mild blend of resin, citrus, MJ and malt. Flavors are similar to nose, on the sweet side but with enough bitter and carbonation to balance. Nothing special but very drinkable.

Taster shared with Ryan. Vintage 2023. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: berries (probably coming from the oak), American oak, some chocolate. Taste: along the same lines. Somehow no coffee detected at first. However, it finishes like coffee a coffee with milk and a bit of whiskey. Overall: weird, but quite interesting.

Poured from the tap (2023 vintage). Near black with small light beige head. Mild bourbon, coffee, touch of vanilla. Decent.

16 oz. can. Pours a clear, purple color, with a small, fizzy, white head. The nose is raspberry and blueberry, water crackers, yogurt, and lime. Sweet and sugary, with a big tartness. Light, acidic, and fairly clean. Mellow and reasonably tasty.

16oz can from Tavour. Real nice IPA - citra (my fav) - big hops, easy to drink but hearty. Nice!

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy dark amber mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is extremely acetic, with balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and very harsh vinegary notes — ugh. Flavour is pretty unpalatable, drinking like drinking vinegar, along with cloying sweetness, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic and caramel. What an absolute mess. Whatever wild character is here is lost beneath the extreme acetic character and cloying, cough syrup-like sweetness. Very bad.

Can from Tavour. Pours lightly hazy gold with a decent creamy white head. Aroma is passionfruit, melon and a note of something suggesting garlic. Med body or better. Lots of earth, lots of fruit. Towards dry. More than moderately bitter. To the aroma fruits add peach and guava. Amazingly pale malt support can be tasted. There's lots of flavor in this ale.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange golden pour, thin, fine white foamy head, lacing. Light citrusy aroma, a little grapefruit, a little tangerine. Taste brings citrus peel zest, spritzy, tangy, mild bitterness. Mild juicy flavors. Nice mouth feel too.
