Bottle from Haus der 131 Biere. Pours dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of syrup, molasses, toffee, dried fruit, prune and malt. Towards heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body sticky texture, average carbonation. Sweet, fruity, toffee, sticky finish. Not a big fan.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Baldus Rossa Ale ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, caramelized malt, toffee. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, caramelized malt, caramel, toffee, sweet malt. Bottle, 5%. Slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, biscuit and spices. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, biscuit, medium sweet, spices, hop and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, fruits and hops. Light bitter sweet finish.

33cl bottle. Pours clear dark orange golden colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of citrus, soft metallic hops. Taste of nuts, red malt, mild metallic hops, typical Strubbe flavours!
