Bottled (BB 02/2009). Hazy orange-amber color, small white head. Fresh fruity, hoppy aroma- Hayish hoppy, lightly fruity and yeasty. Not really a plae ale, more like Danish IPA.

Bottled (BB 02/2009). Murky brown-yellow color, small white head. Hayish yeasty aroma. Yeasty, light grassy hoppy flavor. Odd muddy pils. Not a bad beer, but drinkability is low.

Bottle, 7.2%. Spicy aroma, anis. Cloudy brown colour. The flavour is sweet, slightly roasted with a hint of anis. Some caramel malts. A bit muddy, but OK.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is caramel, grass and fruits in a nice balance. Flavour is grass, toffee and mild vegetables along with some dry fruityness as well. Good beer, but not very much pilsener in it...

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a very cloudy and opaque with a small, off-white head. Spicy, fruity nose. Quite a full body, dried fruit and spices - cardamom and coriander? A little low in carbonation perhaps. Very subdued bitternes. 291108

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange to brown with a fully gone head. Annis seed spiced aroma and light caramel malty. Sweet malty and slight spiced, subdued sweetness. Smooth spiced and light roasted malty with a light spice note into a medium dry finish.
