Ins Glas ergießt sich ein schwarzes Bier mit schöner großen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nussig, leicht muffig, leicht röstmalzig. Geschmack säuerlich röstmalzig, Karamell, schokoladig. Insgesamt überwiegt aber die Säuerlichkeit.
