Description
It was in 2006 that the OXIT Brewery (initially as 'Brasserie des Coteaux') was born on an idea of Damien Chavent, a cereal farmer, based in the Tarn on the family farm in Montgaillard.
The interest of the original project was to diversify the activity of the farm by using malt barley grown on site to produce real local beers. Today, we are fortunate to be able to custom malt our brewing barley by Malterie du Vieux Silo in La Sauzière Saint Jean, 10 minutes from the brewery. We thus offer you authentic beers called "Oxit", to underline the importance of our regional identity.
At the start of 2018, the Oxit Brewery continued its development and moved to new premises located in the artisanal zone of Beauvais sur Tescou. The more functional premises will allow a better organization of work in order to better welcome you and serve you throughout the year!

Clear medium golden colour, small frothy white head, vanishes within seconds, no lacing. Light fruit and wheat aroma, hints of citrus, ginger and hay, bit basement. Taste is light sweet and light sour, quite neutral. Light body, watery texture, soft to average carbonation, aftertaste light sweet and sour, bit more sour than in the taste, citrus and ginger notes, some coriander. Overall light in every aspect, uninteresting, could be very thirstquenching on a hot day but that’s not the case today.

Typical blonde neutral ale. Not much to it, not much special, not much belgian golden ale style. Decent beer. Online saveur bier

Moutig, ijzer, beetje saai, beetje matig. Dankzij een gulle donateur kan ik hem nu wel een punt geven tussen een 2,5 en een 3 dus dat is mooi.

Bottle at home. For heaven's sake, why? Typical metallic green plant too much carbonation yeasty blonde beer. Not good, not nice, nothing to enjoy, but my ankle hurts so I don't want to get off the couch and I'm drinking it anyway. Bleh.
