A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, molasses, alcohol warmth, light rum, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of rum barrel, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at Redlight Redlight.

Wasn’t sure what style to add as but now that I drink abv is subdued so may need to switch. It’s a different condition of a brew. Far more wine like than I expected. Golden pour with some bubbles. Nose is white win and wood. Tastes woody, Chardonnay, green grapes, sunflower seeds, lemon. Smooth palate. Feels almost like a light carbonated mead. Anyways not for everyone probably but appreciate the interesting effort and for New Years Eve fits fine.

I’ve passed this brew over for months since it’s now a mainstay but damn it’s a very pleasant lager. Nothing crazy just clean and crisp. Yellow pour and a white head. Tastes of grass and some yeast light citrus. Easy drinking and no off flavors on after taste at all which can detriment plenty of lagers.

Tap at brewery. Murky purplish brown. Nose is dark fruits and light sugar. Tastes of plums, cranberry and raspberry as to be expected nothing over powering though. Lightly tart. Lactose adds a creamy fullness. But overall not all that impressive but like the idea.
