Draft @ Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak oaky coffee and caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel and coffee flavor. Has a fruity malty coffee and caramel finish.

Fat på Bishop Gustav Malmö. Smak och doft av humle, malt, citrus, röda bär med toner av lakrits, choklad men kanske även med toner läkerol special, svårtolkad. Lagom sötma, frisk och fruktig, fin citrusbeska.

Keg at the Bishops Arms opposite the main square in Malmo, RBESG ’15 day 2, 21/08/15. Murky orange amber with a decent light beige covering. Nose is light pine, mango, straw, pissy tropicana, banana smoothie. Taste comprises grapefruit, light pine, bitter orange, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with hop bitterness in the chase. Ok ish DIPA, not a whole load of balance though, needs few tweaks.

Definitivt champagnekaraktär!

Flavour: Malt, citrus, fruit, hops. A bit boring.

Tap during RBESG2015, Day 2, Malmö, Sweden - pours orange amber with a white head. Aroma and taste comprises sweet tropical fruits, prominent grapefruit, tangerine, some malty caramel sweetness, some yeasty and citric spice into the finish.
