Vielen Dank an Erzengel für diese Flasche! Milchig trübs goldenes Weizen mit einer geringen aber feinen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, getreidig, malzig, leicht fruchtig, Banane. Geschmack phenolisch fruchtig, würzig, Nelke, etwas bananig.

50cl bottle. Smooth fresh beginning. Yeasty banana in the mainpart. Hints of bitterness. The aftertaste has clove and bitterness, smooth, yeasty, but a bit sharp. Nice, but not too round.

50cl swing-top bottle. The nose is fresh, smooth. The beer starts malty, crisp with a decent sweetness and a nice intense bitter undertone. The mainpart has grain there, crisp pils-aroma, quite dry. The aftertaste is very bitter, no hop aroma, grains, malt. Nice and crisp, but for me the bitter undertone, which is quite intense in the ending, could be a bit more aroma-full...

On tap @ Rohrmeisterei Schwerte. The beer starts smooth, malty. Hints of smoke? But there are hints of roast, smooth caramel, very nice. The aftertaste has only a very low bitterness, smooth caramel, quite dry, easy to drink but still deep... Nice!!

On tap at the Rohrmeisterei, Schwerte. The Beer starts smooth and grainy. Smooth with malty dryer background. Hints of dust, grain and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The yeast is present, but a bit mouldy, not too high drinkable, but nice.
