Bottled 500ml. -from Spar Brežice, shared with Marko & hrabren. Paaale yellow/almost white coloured, minimal white head, fruity and light kombucha in the nose. Lemony, bready, light tea notes, some kombucha and elder with soft bitter finish.

Bottle courtesy of Ogivlado, shared with Hrabren at the Earliest Ever Tasting. Paaale piss yellow-green body, almost no head. Flowery, citric, white grape, kombucha aroma. Soft taste, kombucha & light bready maltiness. Soft notes, creamy. Nice enough!

0.5 l bottle thanks to Ogi who brought it from Slovenia. Shared with Marko and him. Unclear pale greenish golden, minimal head. Lots of combucha skobi mushroom floating in a glass along with the sediment. Aroma is malts, fruit such as white grapes, cardboard. Faint cardboard and malty aroma, some sugar. Light body, moderate carbonation.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of kombucha, biscuit, flowers and citrus. Pours clear pale straw color with large soapy white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy, tea-like and citrusy with pronounced kombucha note, follows by ginger and flowers, mouthfeel is crisp, while finish is mild bitter. Light body, thin texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. Interesting and not so bad…

0,5 l bottle. Pours straw yellow, slightly hazy with a couple of fingers of lasting, rocky white head. Nice. Aroma is gentle, not overpowering, citruses, tropical and stone fruit. Malt base is in the background. Taste is medium sweet with moderate bitterness. Finish is moderately sweet and fruity, slightly tarty and fades quite quickly. Decent and drinkable.

Tap, Šmeks. Almost perfectly clear golden, smaller white head, lasting. Gentle nose, some breadiness and a bit of grass. Medium hoppy bitterness, grassy. Peppery finish. Lasting herbal hoppy aftertaste. Light, fresh, clean. Nicely drinkable and simple.
