Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Bright orange golden colour, afew bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of apples, fruit, wood, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, ripe fruity, with some earthy funky notes and soft tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Draught at the Pelicon Inn. Golden amber colour, no head and aroma of Perry pear, fruit, syrup. Taste is sweet, fruity perry pear, floral, citric, some fudge, vanilla notes, light acidity and hint of tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying sweet and citric acidic at the finish. Delicate, nicely drinkable

[ Vintage September 2013 ]. ABV: 6.5%. Light unclear light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate pear, sweet pear, tart pear, buttersootch notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pear, sweet pear, pear skin, sugary. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20151005]
